이불킥 세탁소 개인정보처리방침

금티소프트(이하 "회사")는 모바일 애플리케이션 '이불킥 세탁소'(이하 "앱")를 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 보호합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집·처리하는 정보
- 회원가입 없음: 앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·전화번호·이메일 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 기기 내 저장 정보: 이용자가 작성한 세탁 기록(입력한 사연과 결과), 언어 설정, 하루 사용 횟수는 이용자 기기 내부(로컬 저장소)에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송·보관되지 않습니다.
- AI 세탁 처리: '세탁' 실행 시 이용자가 입력한 텍스트는 AI 답변 생성을 위해 회사의 중계 서버를 거쳐 AI 처리 제공사(Anthropic, Claude)로 전송되어 처리됩니다. 회사의 중계 서버와 AI 제공사는 해당 텍스트를 결과 생성 목적 외로 저장하지 않습니다.
- 광고 (Google AdMob): 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시하며, 이 과정에서 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, IP 주소, 대략적 위치, 광고 상호작용 등의 데이터가 Google에 의해 수집·이용될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
2. 이용 목적
- AI 세탁(흑역사 재해석) 서비스 제공
- 광고 게재 및 측정 (서비스 무료 운영)
- 서비스 품질 개선
3. 제3자 처리위탁
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자의 인프라를 이용합니다.
- Google AdMob — 광고 게재
- Anthropic — AI 텍스트 처리
- Vercel — 중계 서버 호스팅
4. 보유 및 파기
기기 내에 저장된 기록은 앱의 '삭제' 기능으로 언제든 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. 회사는 별도의 이용자 콘텐츠를 서버에 보관하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 앱 내에서 본인의 기록을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 관련 문의는 contact@geumtsoft.com으로 보내주시면 신속히 답변드립니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다. iOS의 경우 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 설정을 통해 추적을 거부할 수 있습니다.

Cringe Cleaner — Privacy Policy

GeumtSoft ("we") operates the mobile application "Cringe Cleaner" (the "App") and respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App processes.
1. Information We Process
- No account required: The App has no sign-up or login and does not collect directly identifying information such as your name, phone number, or email.
- On-device data: Your wash history (the text you enter and the results), language preference, and daily usage count are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- AI processing: When you run a "wash", the text you enter is sent through our relay server to our AI processor (Anthropic, Claude) to generate a response. Neither our relay server nor the AI processor stores this text beyond generating the result.
- Advertising (Google AdMob): The App shows Google AdMob ads. In this process Google may collect and use data such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, and ad interactions. See the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Purposes
- Providing the AI "wash" (cringe reframing) service
- Serving and measuring ads (to keep the service free)
- Improving service quality

4. Retention & Deletion
Data stored on your device can be deleted anytime via the App's delete function and is removed when you uninstall the App. We do not retain your content on our servers.

You can delete your records within the App. For privacy inquiries, contact contact@geumtsoft.com.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
7. Advertising ID & Tracking
You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization in your device settings. On iOS, you may decline tracking via App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
